Hohhot is the capital city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

In terms of food,it is like a child raised by different families.It has a mixed feature of the Hui nationality and Mongolian,so there are food like roasted whole lamb,kumiss,and hand grilled meat.And as the destination of Zou Xi Kou,people from Shanxi bring it shaved noodles and Heluo noodles.
